Clustered graph

Hello

im trying to show a clustered graph, however when i try to do the graph, the data is coming out in a normal bar graph. ive been at this for a while, so if someone can kindly and pls help, that would be great.

basically, im trying 3 criteria's so it would be nice to have their corresponding data side by side. pls and thx u.
