How to expand check box when you place cursor on it?

I saw an excel spreadsheet where the check box size was normal like you see on mine but when you put your cursor over it the size increased.... anyone know how to do that???

I can't figure it out.

Also on my attached everything from Q18:T22...

is it possible to have that be on the screen even if you scroll down??? This sheet will eventually have thousands of loans...
