Extract Duplicates Only

Hi,

I hope someone can help, my excel knowledge isn't the most advanced and i'm sure this can't be too hard but am having a mental block.

I have a table of items and each item has an individual reference number.

I also have a list of reference numbers that i need to extract from that table.

So as a very limited example my table might show

Ref Item
1 A
2 B
3 C
4 D

Then my list, in one column, is:

Ref
2
3

How do i cross reference the list against the table to extract:

Ref Item
2 B
3 C
