    Budgeting problems?

    Please see attached....

The red tabs are what I used to do, but wanted to redesign it to make it more efficient, ie. less duplication, by adopting a Change of Circs matrix (see green tabs). I have not completed the Change of Circs in FULL, as only just created them today.

The problem is I can't work out how to display the current budget/staffing level and graph, see example in Orange tab on how it might look? (sorry, no formulaes in that tab, as unsure as to how to implement them)?

If you can improve this to similiar as the summary (red tab), that would be fab!!?

    Any help?

    Ta!

    Hi TimeMatrix,
Excel works better if your data is in Lists or Tables. I cut your data into a Table and did a few Pivots on it. No formulas are needed, just keeping your data differently. Read up on Pivot tables and see if they fit your needs.
