Auto Save Feature cannot find file

We had an excel file built in Microsoft Office 97. We are now running Excel 2007.

When we open the spreadsheet and then close it, we get this error.
The file that it is looking for does not exist in that directory root.

Is there a way for us to disable this because it has the file name has been assigned to run each time we close the document.

Look under the "File" tab and choose "Options", then choose the "Save" tab....it should show the directory in there somewhere and possibly a checkbox to disable....I'm running XL2003 here at work so I can't go check it out for you.

Yes, I checked that area, but it does not reference that file for the autosave. I can uncheck the autosave, but it still gives the message when you close the file.

Still getting this error. The photo I attached earlier indicates that it is looking for a MACRO file or something. Is that the problem?

I right clicked and viewed the code, but I am not sure what I am looking at.
I have attached the document, can you tell?

try looking in name manager on the ribbon instead, there is a name called auto_close assigned to
    ='C:\PRICE\MACRO\MENUBAR.XLM'!Auto_Save
    delete that name
