I'm trying to count 3 gr students scoring between 64 and 69. I'm looking at all students grs. 3-5. I'm using this but its not working.

How about:
=COUNTIFS(D2:D370,3,E2:E370,">64",E2:E370,"<69")
Where there is a will there are many ways.
