    The single zero columns have more than a single zero in your "I want" example than in the "what I get" example. You will have to format each column, then use the "&" symbol to concatenate the individual cells in each row into single strings.

    I can get that done easily, however the difference is SOMETIMES when I paste these lines into excel I get the first example. Which is what I want. However sometimes I get the second example without wanting it.

    Is there a way to copy from notepad and paste to excel get the results of the first example on a regular basis? I have to be changing something.. or something in the data is changing.

    What would cause it to change the way it pastes?
