    What if the start and end times are not within business hours(0800-1600) and we want to calculated the difference as per Working hours only i.e exclusive of non working hours

    That version accommodates any start/end times/dates. A2 is start time/date, B2 end time/date and J2 and J3 define the MF hours - 08:00 in J2 and 16:00 in J3 for your request
