Can we calculate depreciation using exponential function

Hi All,

If we use exponential function to arrive at the written down value (WDV) of an asset considering depreciation is on reducing balance method, would the answer be in order.
Pls. refer attachment.
Further if I have to compute WDV on a monthly, quarterly, yearly basis what options do I have.
