    sumif problem

    I am trying to do a sumif column A match column F criteria , Thanks in advance

    Column A Column B Column F
    Department $$
    Engineering 10000 Engineering
    Production 10100 Production
    QA 10200 QA
    Engineering 10300
    Engineering 10400
    Engineering 10500
    Engineering 10600
    Production 10700
    Production 10800

    XL's help function also provides information about the syntax for functions. Pressing "F1" should bring it up
