    Excel 2010, navigation buttons

I remember vaguely in the old Excel to have entered Tools - Options and in it somewhere checked a box for Lotus navigation buttons - or something like that. The result was that HOME sent the cursor to A1 and that the "END followed by ARROW" function worked differently when marking up cells for copying.
I would like to set Excel 2010 up in the same manner, but there is no Tools - Options anywhere. What has replaced it?

File > Excel Options > Advanced > Lotus Compatibility.

It is at the end of the Advanced list.
