matching data and expanding results

can any one assist me with my problem

I am extracting data from an outside system that runs a query and sends it to excel
I now need to match the data (2 diff reports )

Basically please see attached

the first download is in column H and this shows the total suppliers numbers

the 2nd download is in column A which basically shows the suppliers total and how this is made up by branch the total is the bold and under it is its shops - also though at the bottom are shops that have not yet been matched up to a supplier so are unique

my problem is I need to show the data in order of revenue (result ) so that the supplier in bold shows its members beneath them and the shops that have the higher rev are inserted in the correct place

does anyone know if this is possible - example is small but my real data is huge and sorting it is not really an option

appreciate any ideas
