Filtering data and copying across certain columns

    Hi all,

I am collecting data that has submitted for savings initiatives, I then want to filter the data based on if the saving can be costed "Yes" or "No. If "Yes" then to take that rows data and copy it to a new summary table. However I only want to copy 4 columns across and not the full details. The required columns are seperated. I have been trying numerous things but can't seem to get it right.

    Is anyone able to help.

    Thank you in advance.

Select the range you want to copy,
    Edit>Go To
    click SPECIAL button
    select VISIBLE CELLS ONLY option
then Ctl+C (now the filtered range is only copied to clipboard then paste anywhere you want)

Thanks, unfortunately this is not quite what I want. There is a lot of data that comes in on a regular basis. I was wondering if there was a way to complete this transfer of information automatically? Maybe through Macros or VBA code?
