Can you sort a pivot field two ways?

I have a simple pivot table where names are sorted by count of AHT +/- (1 or 2), in descending order, which is the goal. (see attached - not a real pvt table but to give you an idea)

Many names have the same count of AHT +/-; do you know why the pivot is (seemingly) sorting the names out of order after the primary sort, instead of keeping them in alpha order?
Can that be avoided?
