    bonus calculation

    Hello

    im seeking some guidance and help from the pros in bonus calculation. i have attached a workbook. it has 2 worksheets that matter for this.

    -ISE bonus and commission
    -bonus %

    basically, i have the rev. and budget, so i have calculated their simple % to their budget(rev/budget).

    now i.e. if that percentage is 81%, then lookup bonus sheet, see criteria (<90% is $0 payout, so G8 in "ise bonus and comission" worksheet should equal that number.

    if someone can provide me with some help as there bonus can be between 100-100% etc. i have highlighted the cell in yellow and the again the bonus criteria is on "bonus worksheet".
    i really appreciate the help!

    Re: bonus calculation

    your G8 formula should be =SUMPRODUCT(--('Bonus %'!$C$6:$C$15<=F8),--('Bonus %'!$E$6:$E$15>=F8),'Bonus %'!$G$6:$G$15)

    but you should clearly define your bonus range in bonus% sheet
    (ie bonus% C15 enter value 0% , E15 enter 89.99 also in row 6)

    Re: bonus calculation

    Hello

    thx you for your input and help! it's been great!

    just another question; if i wanted to show what range i.e. 140-149.99% ..the bonus fell under, how would i go about showing that?..any ideas?

    i created in column M on the bonus % page the following merge:
    =C19&"%"&"-"&E19&"%"

    so it listed the percentage combined in one cell i.e. 140%-149.99% etc

    and then i tried to change the formula to:
    =SUMPRODUCT(--('Bonus %'!$C$6:$C$15<=F8),--('Bonus %'!$E$6:$E$15>=F8),'Bonus %'!$M$6:$M$15)

    however, its giving me a value of 0 for all. any help pls, thxs!
