SumIf Function

Hello how are you?

I have a problem, because I want to make a performance formula whit function SUM IF but I could make one that managed to score as required.

I want to make a conditional formula to sum only if there is a load of gasoline without taking into account the last load of gasoline.

Get to a formula with SUM.IF but not achieving what I want
