    Pivot Table Question

    Good morning,

I have a pivot table that has a company number, code, average of total dollars by customer and a count of customer column. Is there a way on the pivot table to count the number of customers that fall below the number in the average column? In other words, is there a way to put a condition on the count?

    Thank you

    Re: Pivot Table Question

    Hi,
It doesn't look like you can filter directly using a Count in the pivot table. However, find the attached, where using the pivot as the data in an advanced filter works just fine. See if you can accept a 2 step process.

It would help if you update your profile so we can see which version of Excel you are using. I may have needed to save this a an .xls, but can't tell.
