If Statement

I am having trouble constructing a IF statement with the following characterisitics. The formula should start in Z7 and drag down the column. Can someone please help me? Thanks

If AC7 = New York and D7 = Buy then add 0.01 to M7
If AC7 = New York and D7 = Sell then subtract 0.01 from M7
If AC7 = NASDAQ GS and D7 = Buy then add 0.012 to M7
If AC7 = NASDAQ GS and D7 = Sell then subtract 0.012 from M7
