Wondering if someone could help me out. I am not real knowledgeable about the different programs and I will try to explain accurately.

I am creating an annual report for my organization in Publisher however I found it easier to do the list of donors (about 250) in Excel so that I could alphabetize the list. I would like to get that information into a Publisher format. When I tried to copy and paste I still had the grid lines and I couldn't edit text size or font or break the list into two columns.

Is there someone that could tell me how I could do that?
