Wink how to look up data and put it on a new table

I have a table with more than one thousand records.
The head column A is "Student_ID"
The head column B is "Year"
The head column C is "Semester"
The head column D is "Course"

In each year I would like to show the records in which I need like Student_ID = 0501
which I have attached the file.

    How can I solve it.

You could put an autofilter on your sheet:

Highlight your headers and pick from menu DATA>FILTER>AUTOFILTER

You will then get a drop down list on each header so you can select individual ids and only that data will be displayed and printed

    Thanks for your reply
but I would like to use the data and put the link to the form
so I can't use pivot table or auto filter.

Why attach a picture? A workbook example would be much better
    Hope that helps.
