How main portion of excel to be fixed

Hiello

I ve prepared an excel sheet with a table.
Now I wan the main portion(table) to be fixed
I have deleted all the unused cells
i ve used Alt + F11 and entered the $1: $25 in scroll range and it works
but once i save and restart the excel it doesnt work

That setting is only temporary. You need to set it each time the workbook is opened using code like this:
