Sort problem

Hello,

I have several cells in the first row. I want to sort them in this order

Saliva 1_CK0124011-VBP_R001_C001
Saliva 1_CK0124011-VBP_R001_C007
Saliva 2_CK0124011-VBP_R002_C001
Saliva 2_CK0124011-VBP_R002_C007

However, if I used the sort tool in excel, it becomes

Saliva 1_CK0124011-VBP_R001_C001
Saliva 2_CK0124011-VBP_R002_C001
Saliva 1_CK0124011-VBP_R001_C007
Saliva 2_CK0124011-VBP_R002_C007
