    You should have had errors when you ran that code.

    Try.
    With Sheet1
                .AutoFilterMode = False
                .Range("A1:A10").AutoFilter Field:=1, Criteria1:="Job11"
    End With
    You can use a variable as well

    How do I do it as a range? Preferable data entered into a textbox contained in a userform?
