Why do you think so? Press and hold Ctrl, select any nonconnected area. You wll see that adresses simply will separate with ";" instead of "first:last" for connected area. This is already done in example. For scatterring this is best way.

If it so then Excel rather dissapoint me . Because to sort by lookup field and create ranges (that will be continuous) is not what i want. If data for lookup field would changed then i should manually recalculate diagram...
