    Looking up a value from a matrix

    Hello everyone!

    I'm stuck with this problem (See attached screenshot)

    I want to look up some given value for example 34-8 from the matrix to give me corresponding odds for Home team. So for this example I want the function to return me the value of 1.1

    What could be a possible solution?
