    text reference

    Hi,

    I have a text in one cell , when i refer this from the other cell formatting like italics are lost. Kindly look into the attachment .

    Eg: in cell A1 From date is greater than To date.
    in cell B1 -> =a1 (it displays text witout fomatting)
