    Exclamation Need help with summing data by date and time range

    In tab "Report" I am trying to sum data from the "Long Form Report" tab column "M" where the date in column "A" corresponds to the date in column "A" of the "REPORT" tab, and where the time in column "C" falls within the "start time" and "stop time" of the corresponding date within the "Report" tab.

    I'm using Excel 2010 and have attached a sample worksheet.

    Is the "sumif" formula the correct way to go on this? I can't seem to make it work.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
