Excel 2007 : VLOOKUP error

    Angry VLOOKUP error

    I want the city to turn up automatically when I enter the ICAO code on the excel sheet.
    But many of the entries are being picked up wrongly.
    Eg: VIJP is picking Jodhpur instead of Jaipur
    VOBG is not picking Bangalore

    It's not workin even after sorting them as per alphabetical order.
    Pls help

    Change the formula to:

    =VLOOKUP(A3,E1:F151,2,FALSE)

    AND remove the trailing spaces from the codes.

    use TRIM and then Copy and Paste Spacial | Values over the original
