Conditional Formating Query

Hi,

I am trying to use conditional formating to highlight a name from a list of names in a column (Column A) using another cell as the referrence (B1), However, the cell which is the referrence is populated by a formula.

If the cell referrence is typed in it works fine, but as a formula - no luck.

Any thoughts?

Are you sure the result of the formula is exactly the same? (i.e. there are no extra spaces, etc...).
