Help Using lookup for multiple positions in Fantasy baseball draft

So I am new to the forums. I have been trying to figure out how to create a spreadsheet to help me with my draft.

What I did was create a tab for every position with the players listed. When I pick my name "Tom" from the drop down list I want the players last name to population on the Team tab under that position. What I have is working for when I have single position, but when I try to add multiples like outfielders or pitchers it only pulls the first name picked. How would I be able to have it list the next outfielder picked in that slot.

I am assuming that the same type of formula will work for the bench spots, which will let me fill in any position that has already filled up, but I'll come to that road when I cross it.

As you can tell I am not super advanced in Excel, although I am trying to learn. I've attached the file for anyone to look at to see the formulas I've used.

    Thanks for your help,
