Converting 3 sec Data into 9 Sec Data and 60 Sec Data

The attached file uses a neat AverageIf function to accomplish the above. I could use some help in correcting my formula, please.

Your values in Column A are Numbers stored as Text as opposed to real Numbers.

Given the approaches you have in place you need to coerce these values first.

You can do this a number of ways one of the simplest being:

Highlight Column A -> Data -> Text to Columns -> Finish
