Excel 2007 : VBA Macro to replace VLOOKUP

I have been given a group of spreadsheets and each one is a specific part number, along with all the serial numbers for that part. They want a macro that lets them search for the serial number, and then shows the disposition, location, etc. This information are in columns IQ-IV. I did a VLookup, but they didn't like that, they want a macro.

The macro should be called SNData and it needs to return the S/N Disposition, NCM Location of Failure, NCM Failure Value, SPLIT CT-4 Location of Falure, SPLIT CT-4 Failure Value.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If I'm not clear and you need more info, let me know!
