Printing 9 pages due to possible Conditional Formatting

I have a sheet that prints 9 pages, up to 8 blank pages. I think it is because I am using conditional formatting on the cells to create borders when the cells are not blank.

Attached is a sample. I would like it to only print the pages that have text.

    Thanks for any help.

Go under "View" and select "Page Break Preview"
Then go to the bottom of the worksheet and pull the bottom "blue" border back up to where the last row of text is.....then print. It will only print in the new "print area" that you just set....you can adjust as needed for when the text is on different rows in the future.
