copying selected lines to another sheet

What im trying to do as illustrated in the example, is to choose randomly, lines to be copied to another sheet. This will be an ongoing excercise so different lines will be chosen at different times. there will be approx 100 lines.

Macro is ok for me to usewith check boxes if thats the way to go

Whats teh best avenue to take on creating this page
