After searching alot i started feeling dizzy and unable to fix my excel problems.

I have recently installed excel 2007, but now i am having problem with excel instance and macros setup.

When I open first excel file, it opens perfeclty, but when i open second file, it gives error of personal.xls and personal.xlsb editing error.

Some times I can see my personal.xls macros from (Developer -->macro ) list, in one workbook and some times it's appearing in one workbook and not other.

Can someone guide me what's going on with me

why on one workbook we can see macros and not in other, and how can i disable this editing msg.?
