importing data from various sheets to one sheet

I've created a worksheet with 7 days a week and each day has a drop down list that brings up peoples names from a set-up sheet.

What I want to do is have a sheet at the end for a weekly total that has all the names that have been selected during the 7 days of the week in a column.

I'm v stuck so any help would be great!
