Range populated based on drop down choices

    Hello,

I have a list of 9000 sales with various sales reps, managers and vendors. All of the info interlaces. That is to say that there could be a vendor working with multiple reps or managers.

I am trying to build an excel file that has dropdown lists for each manager, rep and vendor. I have accomplished that, but I would like to populate a smaller range based on the user choice. For example if the user selects "Rep Tom" and "Vendor B" I want to only display the sales that meet this criteria.

Is there a way to do this without doing massive look ups and leaving blank spaces in the sub-range?
