format data table below chart

Hello. Is it possible to format a data table below a chart? I want to color one of the columns yellow.

Hi Amma,

You can not format any particular column from the data table. You can pick the font color, line color for entire data table but can't change the format for particular one column.

Data Tables in Excel charts are very limited and inflexible. It may be better to use a bit of the worksheet below or beside the chart, and generate the table you want independent of the chart. Link this table to the data, so it updates as the chart data updates.
