delete certain rows based on their partial cell content

Hi there, if anyone can help I am looking for a method to delete (Not filter) certain rows based on their partial cell content. If you look at column A in the attached sample I want to delete any row where the contents of the cell ends "A01". In this sample it should delete rows 5 and 7. Any help will be much appreciated
