subtraction of multiple rows by 10 in a column

im trying to come up w/ a formula to do exactly what my thread title states.

i need to create a formula to subtract 10 from each number to display in column b.

    here is an example.

23 needs to be 13, 45 needs to be 35, etc, etc. but i need the new data to be aligned in column b.

    column a column b
    23
    45
    53
    76
    83
    90
    56
    26
    74
    18

hope this is detailed enough as i know the rules state it has to be.

If you have your original numbers in A2 down

Then in B2 place this formula and drag/copy down

    =A2-10
