    navigation + locking cell question

I am making a calculator for my employees.
#1. I would like to lock certain cells so that they can not edit them or go into them and
#2. How do I progam cells to jump to another cell? Example, after inputing date in A1 I want the cursor to jump to C5 after hitting enter or tab.

    Thank you!

Re: navigation + locking cell question

Whether or not you will need VBA rather depends on which cells will remain "unlocked".

If we assume A1 & C5 are unlocked and all other cells locked, when protecting the sheet you can de-select "Select Locked Cells" at which point leaving A1 will navigate to C5.

Post back with more info. if necessary.
