    staffing based off forecasted data,

i have gathered data required to generate my staffing requirements. it is broken down by half hour. my columns days, and my rows are 1/2 hr. increments. in the past they have just guessed what percent should go where, i believe we can create a formula to give me exactly what percentage of my staff should be monday@8, monday@830, monday@9, tuesday@8, tuesday@830 tuesday@9 ect

i am trying to figure out how to create such a formula, or manipulate the data to give me that info.
here is a preview of how the data is gathered. it lines up much better on my sheet, and there is MUCH more data but this is a basic run down.

    thanks,

Re: staffing based off forecasted data,

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

If needed supply a before and after sheet in the workbook so the person helping you can see what you are trying to achieve.

Doing this will ensure you get the result you need!
