Formulate data points from another set of data points

I'm looking for mathematics and excel guru here I think...

On the attached example I have a table of data (B3:C16) which gives probabilities of given points being scored in a game. Then in cells E2:E103 I have a list from 0 to 100.

What I want to do is using the set of data points in cells B3:B16 workout what the probabilities of the values in column E are in and show this in the adjacent cell in column F.

Any help much appreciated.

This will give an error for any points outside your range (4.2 to 74.4), but works otherwise:
