    adding cells depending on answer

Trying to add the cells located in column "B" only if they have "No, Maybe" selected. DOn't know where to start though, I added a conditional formatting to highlight a row that has yes but I've only managed to figure out how highlight that cell not row... if anyone can help me there I'd appreciate it... at least tell me where to start. I'm just learning.

For the conditional formatting, highlight all columns you want to affect. Within the conditional formatting, choose the Use a formula option. Use

    as the formula
