Hi,
How do we do multiple conditions in conditional formating in 2007? In 2000 or 2003, there is condition 1 to condition 3 but I can't do that in 2007. Pls help.
Attached is a sample file that I am working on.

Hi Roy,
Do you mean the file is saved as 2003 version. I save it as older version as I have another PC with old version but I'm starting to work with 2007 now and slowly phase in.
I have used the example =AND($F$1=1,$F$2=2) found from the link but my whole column just turned red.
What did I do wrongly?
Some of the Conditional Format Rules in 2007 will not move to earlier versions, for example Excel 2007 can have more than 3, however Excel 2003 can only use 3
This is your Formula
=AND($B$4+$B$1:$B$5<0,$A$1:$A$5>0)
It will always be true, so the condition applies.
What are you trying to check?
Hi, I'm just trying to mark cell C1 as red if A1>0 and B1<0 and repeat this until row 5.
For accounting purpose to give warning that this figures might be wrong.
er....so....=AND($B$4+$B$1:$B$5<0,$A$1:$A$5>0) doesn't work in formula mode conditional formatting?
I have uploaded my current .xls file with the conditional formatting not working according to the rules. I don't think 2007 can't do what 2000 or 2003 can do. Pls help.
