I have an excel worksheet with 15 different data tables. Is it possible to refresh a specific table out of the 15, so I don't have to cycle through the refresh of the other 14?

Currently it takes way to long to update the 15. I really don't want to get rid of the other data tables because I do occasionally update some of them.
