Excel 2007 : Help with table

Hi All

First thanks in advanced for any help with this.

I have a database table of accounts ( craigtest ) for two reps each account is coded with a Week and Day they call them and the rep resonsable for that client. What i need to do is get the unique database info based on the Rep No. and Week into a formatted sheet which will update based on the 2 codes mentioned above.

The formatted sheet (Weekly journey planner ) has a code in position E3, i need to load in all account with that code from the database. there could be 5 acc or 10 accounts .
