Worksheet 1 has contains columns First Name, Last Name, Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip --- with multiple duplicate entries

Worksheet 2 - Pivot table displays all unique first names and also displays count of how many times name appeared.

Formula on worksheet 2 will reference specific pivot table cell and print out corresponding Address, City, State, Zip fields that are on same row in Worksheet 1

Vlookup will do something similar to this, but only return 1 variable... eg. "Address 1". The addresses are broken up into multiple columns that I listed above. Is there some function that is capable of doing this? Any feedback is very highly appreciated.
