Combining Data

I need help in transposing data quickly in excell. The attached spreadhseet shows multiple customers (some listed more than once but ech with specific data). The second tab shows how I would like the data to be presented. Is there a macro or formula that can help with this without having to copy and transpose each section? Please not that the data set might be larger than this so any macro or formula would need to encompass the entire workbook.
