Re: How to do multiple conditional formating in excel 2007?

Some of the Conditional Format Rules in 2007 will not move to earlier versions, for example Excel 2007 can have more than 3, however Excel 2003 can only use 3

    This is your Formula

    =AND($B$4+$B$1:$B$5<0,$A$1:$A$5>0)

It will always be true, so the condition applies.

What are you trying to check?
    Hope that helps.

Hi, I'm just trying to mark cell C1 as red if A1>0 and B1<0 and repeat this until row 5.

For accounting purpose to give warning that this figures might be wrong.

er....so....=AND($B$4+$B$1:$B$5<0,$A$1:$A$5>0) doesn't work in formula mode conditional formatting?
